Shipping Rates

We've recently made some changes to our shipping costs to make it easier for you to estimate what the shipping costs will be to your location. However, it is always best to contact us to request a shipping quote before placing your order to ensure we do not need to revise the costs.

All shipments are shipped by Canada Post, or FedEx Ground based on your location and the service you select . A Priority Handling charge can be added to your shipment to speed your order through our shipping queue and is based on your order total. We can not be held responsible for late deliveries by our carriers as we have no control over your shipment once it leaves our warehouse.

Shipping times are dependant upon the service that your choose (Standard or Express) and how far you are from our location in Canada's Capital city, Ottawa, ON. Most orders using standard shipping arrive with in Canada with in 5-6 business days to major urban centres. Standard shipping timelines to the USA can vary wildly and are very dependant upon US Customs clearance but most arrive with in 5 to 10 business days.

All orders placed with Flag King Sports are shipped with a tracking/reference number that can be used on the FedEx.com or CanadaPost.ca website or, for those customers in the USA, the FedEx.com or USPS.com website (depending upon your location of course). Please use the tracking/reference number you are provided on one of these websites to track your order before contacting us as we only have access to the same information you do while the shipment is in transit.

What is a shipping flat rate???

It's quite simple. You pay only one-single price to have 1 or more items shipped to your location. Your shipping costs will depend two things:

1) the total value of your items purchased (and in some cases the type of products you order)

and,

2) whether you select Standard or Express shipping to your location.

Note – If we need to adjust your shipping charges due to location or other factors after your have placed your order we will contact you within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday) to inform you of the extra shipping charges. You are under no obligation to keep your order with us if we do need to charge additional shipping fees, that is our promise to you. Unfortunately shipping rates can vary wildly across Canada, the USA and to International destinatinos and our Standard and Express rates don't cover every order or situation.
